  1. Log in to your Zoho CRM account.

  2. Click on "Install" and follow the on-screen instructions.

  3. You'll be prompted to input your API Key and Registered Email Id.

6. Step by Step Guide

  • Step 1: Visit Zoho Marketplace:  Begin by navigating to the official Zoho Marketplace website: https://marketplace.zoho.com/home


  • Step 2: Search for the Extension Product: Utilize the search function to locate the desired Extension Product by entering its name in the search bar.


  • Step 3: Select the Product: Carefully review the details and specifications of the Extension Product. Once satisfied, click on the "Buy Now" or "Install Application" button, depending on the available options.


  • Step 4: Proceed to Payment: Upon selecting the product, you will be directed to the payment page. Provide the necessary payment information and follow the prompts to complete the transaction securely.


  • Step 5: Confirmation and Installation: After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation of your purchase. Follow the provided instructions to install the application.  

    Post-Payment      Instructions

  • Step1: Configure Settings: Adjust configurations based on the specific needs of the user or organization.

    Upon successful payment,     a Terms and Conditions form will be displayed on the screen.

    Note:     The super admin will automatically be designated as the owner of any leads generated within the CRM. The lead owner can then assign the leads to other users.
