2. Getting Started

2.1 Create Account in QuickEmailVerification 

Follow these steps to Create an Account :

  1. Go to the https://quickemailverification.com/register 

  2. Enter necessary information and click to "create my account" button.



  3. Navigate to "API Settings" in the left sidebar, then generate an API key and proceed to copy it.

  4. Enter the API Key during the extension installation process.


2.2 Installation

Follow these steps to install the Email Verification and Domain Checker:

  1. Log in to your Zoho CRM account.
  2. Navigate to the Extension Marketplace.

4. Step By Step Guide 

  1. After installing the extension, select the checkboxes as required and click on the Continue button.

  1. Choose the desired users or profiles and click on the Confirm button.

  1. Paste the Email Verification API key that you generated previously.

  1. Create a new lead. Ensure that the Email ID field is mandatory, as the entire flow depends on it. Once you have filled in the Email ID and other required data, click Save.

  1. When the lead is created, the system will automatically verify the email and domain. Refer to the snapshots for further details.

  1. If a non-domain email is used, the email status will be marked as Valid, but the domain status will be marked as Non-Domain.




  1. If an incorrect email is entered, the email status will be updated as Invalid, and the lead will be tagged as a Junk Lead.
