Prerequisites 

  1. You must be Zoho CRM's super admin.
  2. Zoho CRM Standard Edition or higher is required.
  3. Create an IndiaMart account and acquire a valid API Key for ensuring smooth communication between systems.

2. Getting Started 

2.1 Obtain API Key from IndiaMart

Please find below the details and steps for integrating this API with third-party CRM to fetch IndiaMART leads (requires a paid account of IndiaMART).

Visit seller.indiamart.com, login to your account, then go to the Lead Manager and under the three dots menu ( ⋮ ) click on CRM Integration.




Or you can also directly go to Key Generation Page using the following link: https://seller.indiamart.com/leadmanager/crmapi.

Now, click on Generate Key. A unique CRM key will be generated and will also be sent to the registered email-id.




Note: In case you have already generated the CRM key, you can refer to the same from your email or check the key generation screen for your active CRM key. The CRM key will expire if it is not used in the last 7 days. On clicking ‘Generate Key’, a new key will be generated & the older one will expire (if any key was already generated earlier, it will stop working).

2.2 Installation  

Follow these steps to install the IndiaMart for Zoho CRM Extension:

  1. Log in to your Zoho CRM account.

  1. Navigate to the Extension Marketplace.

  1. Search for "IndiaMart for Zoho CRM" and select the appropriate extension.

  2. Click on "Install" and follow the on-screen instructions.

  3. You'll be prompted to input your API Key.

  • Step 2: Search for the Extension Product: Utilize the search function to locate the desired Extension Product by entering its name in the search bar.


  • Step 3: Select the Product: Carefully review the details and specifications of the Extension Product. Once satisfied, click on the "Buy Now" or "Install Application" button, depending on the available options.


  • Step 4: Proceed to Payment: Upon selecting the product, you will be directed to the payment page. Provide the necessary payment information and follow the prompts to complete the transaction securely.


  • Step 5: Confirmation and Installation: After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation of your purchase. Follow the provided instructions to install the application.  

    Post-Payment      Instructions

  • Step1: Configure Settings: Adjust configurations based on the specific needs of the user or organization.

    Upon successful payment, a Terms and Conditions form will be displayed on the screen.




    Choose the Users/Profiles





    The installation process will commence.

  • Step 2: Enter the API Key obtained from India Mart Dashboard



  • Note:     The super admin will automatically be designated as the owner of any leads generated within the CRM. The lead owner can then assign the leads to other users.
