2.1 Create Account in IDfy API Central

Follow these steps to Create an Account :

  1. Go to the https://apicentral.idfy.com/

  2. Enter necessary information and click to "Sign Up" button.


  1. Navigate to "API Settings" in the left sidebar, then generate an API key and proceed to copy it.

  2. If you need the API for testing purposes, you can use a Testing Account ID and a Testing API Key. For daily use on a live account, you can purchase the best API plan based on your daily requirements and utilize it effectively.



2.2 Installation

Follow these steps to install the Vendor Bank Verification Extension:

  1. Log in to your Zoho Books account.
  2. Navigate to the Extension Marketplace.
  3. Search for "Vendor Bank Verification for Zoho Books" and select the appropriate extension.
  4. Click on "Install" and follow the on-screen instructions.
  5. When you click "Install," you'll be prompted to enter the Account Id and API Key generated from IDfy API Central into the designated field.

5. Functionalty

To validate bank account details in the Vendors Module, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Vendor module.
  2. Either use the existing bank details or enter new bank information into the respective fields.
  3. Save the record.
  4. Locate the "Verify Bank Details" button in the top right corner of the screen.
  5. Click the "Verify Bank Details" button to initiate the verification process.
Once the verification is complete, the status will be updated to either "Active" or "Inactive." You can also view the Bank Holder Details in the pop-up window.
